5th Annual MSSH MEGA Reunion Announced for Saturday, April 6, 2013

The MEGA reunion is open to every graduating class from Miami Springs Senior High since 1966. If you graduated in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, or even in the last decade, this is the annual event that invites EVERYONE to come join in the fun. It's especially great for Classes of 1973, 1983, 1993, & 2003. (I can't believe there's a 10 year reunion for folks who graduated in 2003, but the calendar isn't lying. It is 2013 this year.)

The second thing that makes this MEGA Reunion GREAT is that it is FREE! That's right. Meet up on the Saturday Night of the Springs River Festival aka the Regatta on the Circle in Miami Springs. Meet up at the Festival Bar or look for the Miami Springs Senior High Mega Reunion Banner Across from the Big Tomato.

If you missed last year's inaugural MEGA Reunion, you missed out on meeting 1,000 Golden Hawks representing graduating classes from the 60s through the 90s. Click here to see photos from last year's event.

This year's MEGA Reunion promises to be even bigger. We easily expect to surpass 1,000 Golden Hawks this year, but we need your help.

You'll see hundreds of Golden Hawks have already confirmed they're going to be there, but I need your help to spread the word to as many former alums as possible...

You're guaranteed to see lots of old friends, live music, lots of drinks, and LOADS OF FUN. Bring your friends and family with you. There's plenty of space to hang out. And remember, the Springs River Festival is a family festival with rides and games for the kids. Bring the whole family.

DIRECTIONS TO THE SPRINGS RIVER FESTIVAL: From the Palmetto, take NW 36 Street east to NW 57 Avenue. That's Curtiss Parkway. Make a left at 57th Avenue and proceed north till you reach the end.

From I-95, take I-95 to State Road 112. Take State Road 112 West to NW 36 Street. Proceed West on NW 36 Street to NW 57 Avenue. Make a right turn on NW 57 Avenue (aka Curtiss Parkway) and continue until you reach the end.

There will be plenty of parking in the median of Curtiss Parkway.

NOTE: The Reunion is outdoors and will go on rain or shine.

ATTIRE: It's an outdoor Festival, so please come casual and comfortable. We're all going to be having a great time in a fun and festive atmosphere.
